The AutoJagat “Refer & Earn” program allows you to earn DISCOUNT VALUE by referring AutoJagat App to friends. DISCOUNT VALUE earned through this program can be used towards future bookings with AutoJagat. To participate in this program, you must agree to the following terms.

 

 How do I refer friends?

 

 To refer friends, go to the “Refer & Earn” section in the AutoJagat app. Then tap on “Refer & Earn” button to share your unique referral link through WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, Email etc. Please note that “Refer & Earn” should be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations.

•  You cannot refer yourself.

•  You cannot refer anyone who uses the same mobile device as you.

•  You cannot distribute your referral code on sites where you are not the primary content owner (e.g. Wikipedia, coupon websites)

•  You cannot promote your Refer code via search engine marketing (e.g. AdWords / Yahoo/Bing)

 

 I referred, when will I get DISCOUNT VALUE?

 

 If the referral is valid then DISCOUNT VALUE (as per the “Refer & Earn” program) will be credited to your wallet within 24 hrs. after the friend signs up. You will get more DISCOUNT VALUE (as per the “Refer & Earn” program), when the referred friend books service for the first time. DISCOUNT VALUE will be credited within 24 hrs. after the friend’s service completion.

 

 When will the referred friend get DISCOUNT VALUE?

 

 The referred friend will get DISCOUNT VALUE, if he/she installs the AutoJagat App using a valid referral code & signs up, provided that the referral qualifies as a valid referral. It can take up to 24 hrs. for DISCOUNT VALUE to be credited to friend’s wallet.

 

 How many friends can I refer? What is the maximum DISCOUNT VALUE that I can earn through this program?

 

 You can refer any number of friends, but the maximum DISCOUNT VALUE you can have at any point of time through the “Refer & Earn” program is Rs. 10,000 for India. When your DISCOUNT VALUE through “Refer & Earn” program reaches its upper limit, any valid referral you make will not increase this balance. But if you consume some of this balance towards a new service, then valid referrals will add to this balance till the balance reaches its upper limit.

 

 What qualifies as a Valid Referral?

 

 A referral qualifies as valid:

1.  For a given phone number, the referred friend installs the AutoJagat app for the first time.

   1.  If a user uninstalls the app and then installs the app again, then it does not qualify for referral.

   2.  If a user switches phone and installs the app on the new phone, then it does not qualify for referral.

2.  The user has not already signed up with another AutoJagat account on the same device.

 

 What is the validity of DISCOUNT VALUE earned through this program?

 

 DISCOUNT VALUE earned through this program has expiry as-

•  DISCOUNT VALUE is credited when you Sign Up and has a default expiry date of 'Sign up Date + 6 months'.

•  Each time you book a service, the expiry date is updated to 'Order date + 6 months'.

•  Each time you get DISCOUNT VALUE, the expiry date is updated to greater of ‘Current Expiry Date’ & ‘DISCOUNT VALUE Credit Date + 1 month’.

•  Balance in your wallet will be flushed to 0 after the expiry date.

 

 Can DISCOUNT VALUE be transferred or combined?

 

 DISCOUNT VALUE can’t be transferred or exchanged for any cash. DISCOUNT VALUE accrued in multiple wallets cannot be combined into one wallet.

 

 How much DISCOUNT VALUE can I Redeem?

 

 A maximum DISCOUNT VALUE of Rs. 1000 can be redeemed in a single service order.

 

 Termination and Change

 

 AutoJagat may, without notice, suspend or terminate the “Refer & Earn” Program or a user’s ability to participate in the “Refer & Earn” Program at any time for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time. DISCOUNT VALUE earned as a result of fraudulent activities are null and void. AutoJagat reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove referrals if it notices any activity that it believes is abusive or fraudulent. AutoJagat reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or cancel or modify referrals as it deems fair and appropriate.

 AutoJagat can update these Referral Terms at any time without prior notice. This article will be modified to show the updated Referral Terms.
